In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you will manage the successful delivery of online and offline advertising assets for some of the biggest brands in the world. About The Role
Monks is hiring for a Project Manager.
In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you will manage the successful delivery of online and offline advertising assets for some of the biggest brands in the world. You’ll play a pivotal part in driving digital and social campaigns, working on both product launches and brand campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship management: You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, overseeing the strategy, creative, and production of their digital and social campaigns. Initially, you’ll manage our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) client account, and later, expand your scope to include additional accounts with other client/capability leads across APAC.
- Proactive communication: Work side by side with clients, regularly setting project expectations, negotiating deliverables, and obtaining updates on their business. You’ll address both Client and Agency problems and proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Strategic engagement: Engage with new projects from the outset, proposing transformational solutions, assessing feasibility, and driving change to help brands achieve their business goals.
- Revenue forecasting: Manage the monthly and quarterly forecast of revenue and track the delivery of these targets.
- Innovative campaign management: Lead the creation of innovative digital work across the customer decision journey, from product launches to brand campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external Monks teams, leveraging business and consumer insights to ensure seamless, on-strategy, and on-time execution.
- Workstream management: Oversee multiple workstreams across channels, managing the go-to-market plan and calendar to ensure all initiatives are delivered successfully and on schedule.
The Essentials:
- At least 5 years of experience managing business accounts in digital advertising or production, with a proven track record in handling high-value and high-volume interdisciplinary work.
- Broad understanding of what is required to produce high-end content in today’s fast-paced, always-on environment.
- Strong grasp of global brand (digital) business objectives, and the ability to quickly assess a project’s challenges and objectives.
- You think in terms of partnerships, not just projects. You’re always looking ahead, anticipating future milestones, and developing strong client relationships.
- Experience managing digital production projects in a fast-paced environment, supported by senior producers and tech directors.
- A strategic mindset and excellent presentation skills. You’re able to showcase our cases, capabilities, and culture to potential partners.
- A client-first attitude: you make it your business to keep clients happy and ensure their needs are met.
- Outgoing and sociable, ready to join the team for social events (Friday beers or any drink of choice!).
- Proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai & etc.) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, etc. is a plus.
- Proficiency in printing and Out-of-Home (DOOH/ OOH) experience is a plus.
