Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans using digital and traditional channels to expand customer base.
Sales Growth: Set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the sales and marketing team for optimal performance.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage online/offline campaigns utilizing social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across platforms.
Market Research & Analysis: Research to understand trends, customer needs, and competition for strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing & Content: Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media while managing content creation.
Event Planning & Participation: Organize and attend trade shows and promotional events.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and business partners, ensuring excellent customer service.
Budget Management: Develop and control the marketing and sales budget for cost-effective operations.
Sales Reporting: Track, analyze, and report sales performance to management.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with operations, finance, and other teams to align strategies and develop new products/services.
Public Relations: Manage media relations and public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
Qualification:
- Experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, or liveaboard cruise industry (Bali area preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, particularly in tourism, hospitality, or cruise-related businesses.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive sales and marketing success.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to business growth and revenue generation.
