Qualification:

  • Experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, or liveaboard cruise industry (Bali area preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, particularly in tourism, hospitality, or cruise-related businesses.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive sales and marketing success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
