  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Technology Operation Engineer provides excellent services for operational to resolve issues and problems, including maintenance and troubleshooting software, application, database, and analyze problem.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skill

  • Knowledge in SQL Query
  • Knowledge in .NET and/ or PHP will be a plus point
  • Willing to work shifting, duty on holiday, and work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Level 1 support for operational (based), willing to be placed in Makassar area
  • Monitor and maintain software, application, database
  • Respond to problems and service requests in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or ticketing)
  • Provide data and document for reports.
