Role Overview
As Senior Accounting (Asst. Manager) you will help Accounting manager to monitoring freight, controlling inventory, preparing month-end closing, analyzing, and ensuring reports are timely.
Placement: Antasari, South Jakarta
Working Arrangement: WFO
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, track freight operations, and analyze COGS to maintain profitability.
- Approve financial transactions, manage budgets, and ensure proper authorization for all payments.
- Lead the month-end closing (MEC) process, generate P&L reports, and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, identifying trends and providing insights for management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational background related
- Have prior experiences in-related job at least 3 years, from Beauty FMCG will be preferred
- Proven experience with the full MEC process and generating accurate P&L reports.
- Excellent in module accounting process using Ms.Excel
- Experienced in using Kingdee (Accounting system) will be plus
- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation and regular P&L review.
- Showing strong agile and self-driven person
- Detail-oriented with strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
- Versatile in dynamic and high-load environment
- Able using English as professional proficiency
