The ideal candidate will be accountable for driving sales of our cell culture media products, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of cell culture applications and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotech and life sciences sectors in collaboration and sales
- Prepare and develop product concept/marketing strategies (such as brand awareness, marketing activity, and digital marketing)
- Build and lead marketing programs that consist of experiences, sponsorship, or promotions to support products/brands, including developing promotional materials, sampling and promotions, and advertising campaigns in all types of media for all categories
- Build and maintain a good relationship with KOL to support brand image and awareness
- Regularly visit customers, and prospects to maintain relationships and promote products
- Interact with customers and prospects to maintain relationships regarding cell culture media applications
- To keep up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Biology/ Pharmacy, with a minimum GPA 3.00 of or 4.00.
- Minimum 1,5 years as Product Executive at Stem Cell/ Culture Media Company
- Strong product and brand development knowledge, planning and strategy, market research, promotions (ATL & BTL), brand communication, and digital marketing
- Understanding of product and process development, with the ability to follow New Product Development processes
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
- Placement at the Head Office in Jakarta
