Job Description:
- Thoroughly understand and interpret relevant Indonesian regulations to ensure procurement activities comply with local legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor procurement plans for projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Track the progress of overseas factory construction by Indonesian bases and suppliers, ensuring projects are advancing according to plan.
- Manage the development, validation, and introduction of overseas materials, ensuring material quality meets company standards.
- Handle the procurement of non-production MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials, ensuring timely material supply and cost control.
- Provide support for the overseas procurement system, ensuring its smooth operation.
- Offer comprehensive procurement services, including but not limited to contract management, supplier management, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of procurement experience, with overseas procurement experience preferred.
- Familiar with the Indonesian market and relevant regulations, with strong market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in procurement management systems and relevant office software.
- Fluent in Chinese, Indonesian, and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
