- Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and any other methods.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably 1 year in a senior role.
- Professional proficiency in English (Fully capable in interviewing in English and discuss the hiring progress in English).
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles across different levels.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
