Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in fast-paced brands (regional/local) within ASEAN.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix: pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning.
  • Experience in launching campaigns and new product development.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate them effectively.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and creating engaging campaigns.
  • Highly creative and up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong accountability and ownership.
  • Fluent in English.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans and consumer communication strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches and brand-building initiatives.
  • Drive innovative digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales data to identify opportunities.
  • Manage A&P budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Work closely with factory and R&D teams on product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies for brand execution.
  • Coach and manage team members to optimize performance.
  • Handle additional marketing-related tasks as needed.
