Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in fast-paced brands (regional/local) within ASEAN.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix: pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning.
- Experience in launching campaigns and new product development.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate them effectively.
- Expertise in identifying target audiences and creating engaging campaigns.
- Highly creative and up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong accountability and ownership.
- Fluent in English.
Job Description
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and consumer communication strategies.
- Lead end-to-end product launches and brand-building initiatives.
- Drive innovative digital and social media marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales data to identify opportunities.
- Manage A&P budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Work closely with factory and R&D teams on product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies for brand execution.
- Coach and manage team members to optimize performance.
- Handle additional marketing-related tasks as needed.
