Main Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing logistics transport from Java sourcing to Unilever customer as well as managing stock transfer order from East Main DC.

Details Following Job Descriptions

  • Cross collaboration with Customer Experience team, warehouse team and Transporters to ensure we deliver products as per requirements.
  • Cross collaboration with Distribution Planning Groups and Warehouse Java and Outer Island to secure service with smooth stock transfer execution and optimized cost.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot shipment execution
  • Organize network and implement the best FG flows from BoF to Customer/ DC.
  • Initiate, implement and guard continuous improvement in logistics, especially to make the process more efficient.
  • Validate finance inquiry related to transportation
  • Capacity preparation to support sales

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Min bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Experienced in handling supply chain operational role
  • Experienced working with external parties is preferred
  • Prior min 1 year work experience in related logistic business would be an advantage
  • Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Experience & Commercial)

Skill

  • Candidate must be able to operate Mastery in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SAP System and fluency in English
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, independent, and knowledgeable about supply chain operations.
