We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team! If you have a strong background in kitchen equipment, coffee makers, grinders, and ice machines, we want to hear from you! This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership experience in troubleshooting and repair within the F&B industry.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in the F&B or equipment industry (including coffee machines, kitchen equipment, etc.)
  2. Strong technical knowledge in both electrical and mechanical aspects of kitchen and coffee equipment
  3. Experience in vendor management and liaising with equipment suppliers
  4. Leadership experience – able to lead and manage a team of technicians

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, coffee machines, grinders, and ice machines
  2. Lead a team of 2 technicians, overseeing their work and ensuring the efficient completion of tasks
  3. Handle troubleshooting and repairs across the Jabodetabek area, covering 400+ stores
  4. Coordinate with vendors to discuss SLA and report any issues or required maintenance.
  5. 60% site-based role, with 40% dedicated to administrative tasks.
