Responsibilities:
- Identify and list potential KOLs and Affiliates for campaigns.
- Manage and execute campaigns with KOLs and Affiliates, focusing on platforms such as TikTok.
- Perform daily quality checks on Affiliate videos to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs and Affiliates.
- Track KOL and Affiliate performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign results.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights based on key metrics such as engagement and conversions.
- Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs.
- Collaborate with KOLs to create content that aligns with the brand’s goals and target audience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in KOL/Affiliate management or influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media trends.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with KOL/Affiliate and partners.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
