What You'll Do

As a Sales Export Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's international business across various continents including US, Europe, Middle East & Asia. You will be tasked with identifying both current and potential markets while effectively managing internal & external stakeholders. Your role will involve submitting short and long term sales plans in line with available marketing programs. You will also be responsible for business development, sales expansion, product introduction to clients, processing export documents, handling incoterm agreements, freight forwarding processes, ensuring efficient working in export operations, planning participation in trade shows for additional business volumes.

  • Identify current and potential markets and manage internal & external stakeholders
  • Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that are available
  • Responsible for business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products to current and potential clients
  • Check on processing export documents, handle incoterm agreement and freight forwarding end to end process
  • Work closely with the marketing team in the development of new export geographies and products launched.
  • Ensure the efficient working in export and compliance to all export objectives
  • Plan participation in trade shows for additional business volumes

What You Bring

The ideal Sales Export Manager candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge from their academic background having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or a related field. They will have at least 1 year experience in sales or marketing; however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Their experience should include export operations, international trading and end-to-end freight forwarding processes. They will be detail-oriented with strong numerical logic and analytical skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel is a must. They should also be knowledgeable in import-export regulations, fluent in English and possess excellent presentation skills.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in export, international trading, and freight forwarding end to end process
  • Detail orientation with strong numerical logic and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Knowledgeable in import-export regulations
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent presentation skills
