Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the sector
- Plan and execute marketing activities offline (open table, events, printed ads, partnership, etc) and online (social media ads, website management, and more)
- Direct the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and internal communications
- Ensure all marketing practices comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and policies
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget
- Support Sales and Marketing Department ad-hoc initatives
Requirements:
- At least a 3 years experience as Marketing Communication Manager
- Work experience in Real estate industry can be a plus point
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in english is a must. Mandarin Language skill can be a plus point.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website management
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, management, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
