Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Technical Support and Consulting:
- Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients on electrical automation solutions, including product specifications, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products and solutions based on their technical requirements and operational needs.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the product development or engineering team to ensure proper solution design and implementation.
Product Knowledge and Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in electrical automation technologies.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company's product offerings, including electrical control systems, automation devices, PLCs, sensors, drives, and other relevant equipment.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors, trends, and new market opportunities.
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Assist in the management of orders, from quotation to order fulfillment and post-sales support.
- Handle customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance, report on sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify potential growth opportunities, sales patterns, and customer preferences.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the service and technical support teams to ensure successful product installations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, and market trends to help improve the product offering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a sales engineering role, preferably within the electrical, automation, or industrial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical automation products such as PLCs, drives, sensors, control systems, and other related equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
