As the Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic communication initiatives to promote our brand, drive consumer engagement, and support the overall marketing objectives of the company. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and help position our F&B brand as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility within the market.

Create compelling content for social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, blogs, and traditional media (e.g., print ads, brochures).

- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and customer engagement.

- Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, promotions, and influencer partnerships.

- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and articles to various channels, ensuring brand messaging consistency.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, using analytics to optimize future initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, and design) to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product offerings.

- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other industry partners.

- Develop customer engagement strategies and contribute to CRM initiatives to build loyalty and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing communication, ideally within the F&B or hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media management tools.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

- A passion for the food and beverage industry and a deep understanding of its trends.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
