- Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain Business Requirement Document (BRD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guides / Manual Book, other technical documents to support External Projects.
- Content Development: Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Solution Implementors, Solution Tester and Project Managers to gather information, understand Project features/modules, and translate technical jargon into user-friendly language
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Ensure that documents adhere to company standards and style guides.
- Technical Understanding: Stay up-to-date with Officeless Operating System (OOS) - No Code Low Code Development Platform
- Feedback Incorporation: Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation.
- Documentation Tools: Utilize various tools and software for creating, managing, and publishing documentation, including content management systems and version control systems.
- Project Management: Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software development
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Basic coding knowledge or the ability to read code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML) or tools like Markdown.
- Familiarity with APIs and the ability to document them effectively
- Proficiency in creating manuals, user guides, FAQs, and API documentation
