Job Responsibilites:
• Serving customer inquiries and reservations regarding services (playground, classes, events, etc.) through the website, chat applications (WhatsApp), and walk-ins (on the spot).
• Explaining Buumi service regulations and terms to recommend services that suit the needs of customers (children and companions).
• Handling customer transactions through the use of POS machines and payments (EDC, e-wallets, etc.).
• Managing administration and reports related to reservations, customers, sales, inventory, orders, etc.
• Building positive interactions with customers and business partners.
• Tidying up and cleaning the outlet.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
-Experienced in sales/cashier@PSO
- Conversational in English and able to operate computers (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, & National Holidays.
- Ability to manage administrative data.
- Disciplined, clean, and meticulous.
Preferred:
- Preference given to those experienced in customer service or handling customers/clients directly.
- Enjoy working with children and able to interact well with children.
- Multitasking and attractive appearance.
