Role Purpose:
Defining project goals, creating project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget by driving efficiency, cultivating relationships, increasing knowledge sharing, and building capacity within our organization.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Define project goals and objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Internal & external stakeholders
Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational systems and outcomes
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Proactively identify and partner with stakeholders on internal or external processes, templates, and guidelines to improve team optimization and documentation
Proactively manage expectations: define clear program roadmaps, provide frequent program updates to partners and stakeholders, including leadership, identify and communicate risks and adjustments, and ensure commitments are delivered
Manage relationships with cross-functional partners, such as Legal and Policy as well as external resources
Provide flexible approaches that meet team needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quickly
Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
Facilitate relationships between teams, move initiatives forward, find resources, escalate and raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Ideally, you are:
Someone who has experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Having min 6+ years of relevant experience as a project or program manager
Having experience communicating with data to drive change
Having track record of operating independently and taking initiative, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Having experience being successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and experience identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions
Possessing a degree in project management, business management or a related field
Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Performing ability to multitask
Possessing excellent planning and time management skills
