Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and potential product opportunities. Analyze competitor products and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, validate, and refine product concepts. Create prototypes or MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for testing and further iteration.
- Design and run experiments (A/B testing, surveys, user interviews) to validate product hypotheses, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions on feature development.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This could include optimizing onboarding flows, building referral programs, and identifying partnership opportunities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, such as user retention, customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates. Use data and analytics tools to track product performance and iterate quickly based on insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product launches. Focus on identifying target customer segments, crafting messaging, and determining the optimal launch channels.
- Min. S1 graduate from a reputable university, majoring in business management/administration, marketing communication, or finance.
- Min. 5 years experience in project management, delivery & optimization especially on marketing campaigns and API-related deliveries
- Have worked in advertising agency / data-related fields
- Strong communication & presentation skill
