Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate new leads for the agency’s services (branding, digital marketing, design, etc.).
* Identify potential clients and build relationships to convert them into long-term customers.
* Work closely with the agency team to understand our services and effectively communicate them to clients.
* Present and pitch agency offerings to potential clients, customizing proposals to meet their specific needs.
* Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within an agency or creative services environment.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A proactive approach to sales, with a clear understanding of how to generate new business.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
* Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
* Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative services is a plus.

Salary: This position is commission-based, offering great earning potential based on performance.
