The Head of Sales Quality Assurance (QA) will be responsible for ensuring that all sales activities within the company meet the highest standards of compliance, customer service, and quality. About the Head of Sales (QA) - Life Insurance, position:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and audit the sales process to ensure consistency with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to develop and implement strategies that improve sales effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant insurance regulations, consumer protection laws, and internal policies.
  • Regularly review and update compliance protocols to ensure they are in line with regulatory changes.
  • Conduct regular compliance training sessions for sales teams on current regulations, ethical standards, and proper documentation procedures.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Sales staff based on sales audits and quality assessments.
  • Identify potential risks within the sales process and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to address any high-risk areas in sales practices, ensuring they are resolved quickly.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment in sales practices, promotional materials, and product offerings.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales quality assurance, compliance, or related roles in the life insurance industry.

Skills and experience needed:

  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FSA, FCA, SEC regulations).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in reviewing sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to sales teams and senior management.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering value and improving the customer experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
