About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear and concise documentation for both internal teams and external users. Working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams, you will ensure that product updates, user guides, and process documentation are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation reflects product updates and enhancements.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and delivered promptly for product releases.
- Act as a knowledge resource for internal teams and provide support for product demos when needed.
- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and adopt new tools and techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Bahasa proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote work environment, while also collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Open to candidates with varied experiences. what matters is your ability to write effectively and learn quickly.
- Familiarity with technical writing tools and methods.
- Basic understanding of product development processes is a plus.
