Job Description

  • Responsible to find, negotiate, and make the deal with right Affiliate & for Gently’s event and campaign project with brands
  • Maintaining good relationships with affiliates
  • Make a script, brief/SOW and Affiliate guidance for campaign purposes
  • Create Affiliate contract/letter of agreement corresponding to project details
  • Track Affiliate effectiveness & content performance reflected on weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project report
  • Monitoring and handling cooperation with selected Affiliate
  • Maintain all of the administrative documents including payment, contract, document filing and the data tracking.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Affiliate Marketing in FMCG or Personal Care industries.
  • Open for fresh graduate with affiliate intern experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work from our office (BSD, Tangerang)
