Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze market information for the Plantation, Agroindustry, and Forestry sectors and provide comprehensive reports to the Head Office.
  • Review sales forecasts and monitor the achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share for Excavators across Branches.
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost sales in the Plantation, Agroindustry, and Forestry sectors.
  • Oversee all branches' sales performance, including net and gross profit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related major.
  • Over 15 years of experience in the Heavy Equipment industry, particularly in the Plantation, Agroindustry, and Forestry sectors.
  • Comprehensive expertise in analyzing market trends and understanding heavy equipment dynamics in relevant sectors.
  • Develop plantation, agroindustry, and forestry sector forecasts, including the following year's plan.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding financial statements (e.g., Profit & Loss, Forecasts, Balance Sheet, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess a solid understanding of fundamental safety principles and risk analysis methodologies.
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
