Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Sales & Partnership Management (Core priority)

  • Assist in onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and key content creators on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee to achieve affiliate sales targets.
  • Actively onboarding new affiliates on a weekly basis and monitoring performance to ensure affiliates are active in terms of livestreaming and content generation.
  • Track affiliate performance and work with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely communication with affiliates regarding promotions, incentives, and performance updates.
  • Assist in actively communicating campaign promotions, discount vouchers, and flash deals with affiliates.

2. Marketplace and Campaign Management

  • Support in setting up campaigns for major sales events such as double dates and pay day.
  • Create engaging content angles and promotional strategies to increase affiliate participation and sales conversion.
  • Ensure marketplace SLAs are being met (Chat response, order deliveries, etc.)

3. Digital Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Support the development of affiliate-friendly content for TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and engagement on affiliate-linked campaigns.
  • Work with the creative team to develop visuals, product descriptions, and copy that affiliates can use for promotions.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
