We are working with one of the biggest Chemical Manufacturing company in the world and we are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager – Lubricants to lead our market expansion, drive revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Southeast Asia account plans for key global and regional customers.
- Grow and manage existing accounts and prospects new growth initiatives for the business.
- Provide support and guidance to the global and regional business segment team to develop and implement sales and marketing programs and strategies so as to achieve the sales plan.
- Establish in-depth relationships with customer organizations to keep abreast of the latest competitor activity and share market information.
- Provide timely and accurately the call reports, sales forecast, customer plans.
- Prepare and present reports on the assigned accounts to the senior business leaders periodically.
- Work with the distributors to defend and grow company’s business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ commercial experience in lubricants, additives, or related oil /chemical /OEM industry Independent, self- motivated, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Possess entrepreneur skills, a strong drive for results and creative thinking.
- Frequent travelling within the region is expected.
