Marketing Communications Executive
PT Pamerindo Indonesia is the leading trade fair organiser in Indonesia, established with the sole purpose of organising specialised trade exhibitions for the Indonesian market. The company has grown considerably and now regularly organises over 20 trade exhibitions in the following sectors: Beauty, Building & Construction, Electric & Power, Food & Hotel, Laboratory, Manufacturing, Mining, Plastics & Rubber, Oil & Gas sectors. Since its inception PT Pamerindo Indonesia has organised over 200 international trade exhibitions in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali.

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented young marketer to join our team and contribute to the development of marketing and brand strategies for our B2B Beauty event. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with trade associations, industry partners, and media organizations to explore opportunities for business growth. This role also offers the chance to manage and participate in large-scale industry events, further strengthening our market presence.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies with a strong value proposition to attract and retain exhibitors and visitors, fostering long-term engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches and ensure competitive positioning.
- Innovate and implement marketing campaigns, integrating digital, print, social media, and event marketing to maximize impact.
- Manage brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms and marketing materials.
- Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, insights, and strategies to attract high-value exhibitors and attendees.
Media, PR & Partnerships
- Plan and execute media and PR events, building and maintaining relationships with industry leaders to strengthen brand presence.
- Identify and collaborate with trade associations, media partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance market reach.
- Develop content strategies, including press releases, industry articles, and promotional materials, to increase media visibility.
- Coordinate and secure media coverage, interviews, and speaking opportunities for company representatives at major industry events.
Event Management & Promotions
- Organize and oversee both physical and digital events, such as seminars, webinars, conferences, and exhibitor promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to drive pre-event and on-site engagement, ensuring maximum attendance and participation.
- Develop and manage exhibitor sponsorship programs and promotional opportunities to enhance brand exposure and revenue streams.
- Ensure seamless event execution by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness within the beauty industry.
- Manage website content, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Explore emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance audience reach and engagement.
Budgeting, Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver optimal results.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify opportunities for future enhancement.
- Degree holder in Communications, Marketing and MICE
- 3 years or above experience in event marketing or related industries is highly preferred
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with senior leaders are essentials
- Has a good relationship with media or PR industry
- Proactive, engaging, creative and entrepreneurial with strong problem solving ability
- Passionate in B2B marketing and keen to develop long term career in this area
- Hands-on while able to demonstrate leadership at the same time with proven experience in people management and development
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure situation.
- Excellent command of English
