Job Description :
- Manage sales team in planning, target achievement and sales strategy alignment
- Coordinate the business competition analysis process as well as profiling and account planning
- Coordinate penetration activities for Strategic Account customers and increase customer acceptance of Lintasarta products
- Coordinate the process of new customer acquisition, sales, cross-selling and customer retention
- Lead to synchronize sales target achievement
- Manage and facilitate feedback from customers
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years experience in middle management layer in B2B sales function
- Strong portfolio in B2B sales, in high tech/telecommunication industry
- Demonstrate strong strategic sales leadership, team management and ethical conduct
