We are currently looking for a Master Data Analyst to join us at Jakarta - Batang, Wavin Indonesia, an Orbia business. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Main purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Master data Analyst who are responsible for the master data gate keeper for our SAP Data entry from the managing data base of Customer, Vendor/ Partner, BoM to ensure the complete compliance and consistency of the data entry. The role also responsible as the local SME (subject matter expert) to the ERP implementation, development and implementation from the Commercial module, Procurement, Production, Inventory through the transportation module.

Key responsibilities:

  • Takes part in system testing and preparation of master data documentation
  • Responsible for creation vendor, customer, material and finance master data according to agreed procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure that all data requirements for the Customer, Business Partner, vendor, Material are being reviewed under due diligent process to ensure the compliance by the owner of each area before being submitted to the system.
  • Supports and enables changes in financial processes ensuring their standardization and compliance.
  • Clarifies open issues with employees from other Orbia Group companies.
  • Streamlines best practice and control procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with Group policies and consistency requirements
  • Being the active Subject matter expert (SME) on the ERP implementation including S4HANA, Transport module, and the Inventory management integration to ensure the system are implemented, updated and consistently maintained.
  • Having insight to MM, PP, QM, SD, PM, TM Modules related to understand the manufacturing, costing and commercial processes.
  • Understanding for the SAP MDG process related relevant Domains Product, material Vendor, and Customer Business partner
  • Understanding SAP query related the SAP Tables (SE16N).

Main requirements:

  • Academic Level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Language(s) and level of proficiency: English Fluent (writing and speaking)
  • Knowledge/Experience: minimum of 7 years in managing the same scope of responsibility.
