Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Sales Operations to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the organization. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including Subscription and Billing Management, System Reconciliation, Sales <> Customer Success Handover, Invoice Coordination, Commission and Attainment Support etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Subscription and Billing Management & System Reconciliation:

  • Configure subscription plans on platforms like Stripe or our in-house ERP System after clients have officially signed off on Sleekflow’s proposal, quotation or order forms.
  • Generate invoice and/or payment links via Stripe or Xero/Oracle based on data from our CRM, HubSpot - ensuring line items, metadata, payment settings are accurately keyed in.
  • Track and manage subscription start and end dates to prevent overlaps or blackout periods.
  • Audit and resolve errors in subscription setups for legacy and new customers
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy between systems such as HubSpot,In-house ERP, Stripe, Xero/Oracle and other softwares assigned.
  • Facilitate the seamless transition of deal information between Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Sales <> Customer Success Handover:

  • Facilitate the seamless transition of deal information between Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Invoice Coordination:

  • Follow up on overdue invoices in collaboration with the commercial team to ensure timely payments.

Commission and Attainment Support:

  • Optimising and assisting on Quarterly process of commission payouts.
  • Verify individual attainment figures for the commercial team to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of Administrative & customer support experience, preferably B2B at a software company.
  • Fluent in English preferred.
  • Previous Experience in a startup is preferred
