  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We URGENTLY need middle "IT System Analyst" (Experienced with Life/ Health Insurance)

Requirement:

  • Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
  • Proven work experience as a system analyst minimum 3 years
  • Experience with software development, creating FSD, TSD, Database Relationship Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Application Architecture Diagram and other required documentation
  • Strong knowledge of business information system
  • Required Skill(s): SDLC, Software Development, Software Architecture, UML, FSD, TSD, UAT, Software Testing, Financial service, ERP, HRIS
  • Experience in compensation system life/ health insurance or financial implementation (include loan, financial settlement)
  • Experience in product life/ health insurance implementation (individual product), either for mobile or sales force
  • Ability to explain technical details
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good English proficiency, especially in writing
  • Fast learner, good problem solving, teamwork and analytical skills
  • In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Support system development and enhancement by analyzing product specification document
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure and applications
  • Collaborate with system developers to determine required system change to support the enhancement
  • Work with QA team & business users to validate system delivery against requirement
  • Manage and track end-to-end system enhancement delivery from start into completion
