TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for refinement into biofuel. We bulk, store, blend, and deliver these volumes to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.
Job Description:
- Identify new leads opportunities across all areas that TUKR covered
- Manage, develop, and execute plans related to leads expansion
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse Managers to discover new lead sources in their respective areas
- Ensure volume targets and effective call rates are achieved based on warehouse performance
- Create, develop, and implement route sequence lists for sales personnel at TUKR warehouses all across Indonesia
- Retain all supplier outlets across TUKR warehouses all across Indonesia
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales execution at TUKR warehouses all across Indonesia
- Directly coach sales team's on a national basis to ensure they meet their KPIs and objectives
- Provide sufficient training, coaching and guidance to sales teams to improve their sales competencies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major
- Willing to travel to TUKR warehouses at least once a month
- Dynamic and energetic
- Background in FMCG, e-commerce, or commodities is an advantage
- Experienced in handling local or national account outlets
- Willingness to work full time at the office.
