Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality business strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term objectives
  • Oversee operational and business activities to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with Everpro’s mission
  • Lead and manage special projects in logistics/3PL/4PL, including planning, implementation, KPI setting, and performance monitoring
  • Analyze financial and non-financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions
  • Improve operational efficiency in finance operations to boost productivity, optimize cost structures, and drive business growth
  • Present monthly financial and business performance metrics, highlighting opportunities for efficiency gains and expansion
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to provide strategic recommendations for the Everpro team
  • Develop key deliverables such as process maps, business process improvements, and performance dashboards
  • Monitor the performance of key stakeholders across the organization to ensure strategic alignment
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Create and refine SOPs, manuals, training materials, and documentation to support business and project implementation
  • Identify project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to maintain project timelines
  • Conduct market research and provide comprehensive reports to support business decision-making
  • Drive innovation by optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and implementing new tools or methodologies
  • Assess and refine existing company products, ensuring clear strategies to improve market performance
  • Optimize Everpro’s financial performance by analyzing cost structures and identifying growth opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance operations, special projects, or related fields
  • Strong background in logistics, 3PL/4PL, finance, enabler, or e-commerce industries is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports, business metrics, and operational data
  • Proven track record in project management, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and business growth
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is an advantage
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
