Job Description
- Manage and monitor activities to fulfill manpower needs, Man Power Planning (MPP), recruitment, selection, placement, to orientation of new employees.
- Manage performance management system, including performance planning, monitoring and evaluation, individual development plan to create objective evaluation system and improve employee’s productivity.
- Manage, analyze and evaluate periodically about employee’s development & training needs together with Dept. Head / Division Head to ensure employee’s development in line with the competencies needed.
- Manage, analyze, administer remuneration activities including employee facilities / benefits in order to ensure the payroll process carried out accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee office administration & documentation related to HR activities such as; staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, employee’s data in HRIS, Company Regulation, etc.
- Ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes such as organization development, recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefit, industrial relation are adhered to.
- Prepare and maintain operational budget & yearly target for HR, participate in the budget process as it relates to HR activities
- Responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws or other regulations, and resolving disputes and conflicts within the organization.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (oral and written).
- At least 10 Years of working experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role..
- Strong experience in HR Operations and Industrial Relations, and good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Having experience in property industry or industrial estate is an advantages,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
- Willing to travel for business
