- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing consumer/transaction-based events and graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. MICE).
- Well-established connections within the events industry, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated agility in problem-solving and the ability to think quickly and decisively in dynamic situations.
