We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the people requirements in our construction projects through strategic manpower planning and optimization, ensuring operational HR processes ranging from recruitment to retention, oversee the regulatory compliances at both offices and project sites in line with the local labour laws. Demonstrating expertise across all people processes, developing a strong people culture in line with Keller values are important requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for people agenda in the Keller Indonesia business operations.
- Develop and implement people strategy in alignment with the business strategy to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead manpower budgeting, cost control initiatives, monitoring overheads.
- Effective recruitment of critical positions at offices and projects sites. At the same time oversee headcount numbers and productivity in line with the project/business requirements.
- Roll out Performance Management process, Annual Salary reviews and incentive plans keeping in line with various industry and internal performance benchmark. Familiarity with ERP/HRIS is a must.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Roll our various L&D initiatives in line with the business requirements.
- Support internal talent development, employee engagement, roll out people sustainability initiatives to develop a robust organizational culture.
- Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders at branch, business unit and divisional levels. Interact with relevant government authorities, manpower contractors, and clients at project sites for any compliance related requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimally a degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience ranging from 12 - 20 years across any industry but past exposure of working in construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is desirable but not necessary.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, data centric decision-making skills and a strategic mindset
- Ability to manage projects and multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
