  • As a PMO staff member, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities and ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, monitor progress, and maintain project documentation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining project governance and ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
  • Support planning project management, including team structure, setting timeline and deadlines, prioritizing tasks, project daily activities (including problem, risk, issues), and assigning as well as monitoring cross-functional teams to various deliverables and resolve together with Project team and KM&I Lead
  • Identifies bottlenecks and/or pain points on current processes and proposes improvement suggestions and resolve together with Project team and KM&I Lead
  • Support and collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects which might require Intense alignment and communication and resolve together with Project team and KM&I Lead
  • Providing financial reports and other business statuses metrics reports to senior management (on regular basis) and resolve together with Project team and KM&I Lead
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
  • Performs general project administration and support such as tool administration project communication, and basic reporting.
  • Provide progress updates, list of obstacles/roadblocks and overall timeline schedule, and versioning project documents
  • Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements and process performance

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Computer Science, Information Management, Information Engineering, Project Management, Political Sciences and Social Studies, Industrial Engineering or other relevant fields from Top Tier University and Top Tier Graduate (minimal 3.0 GPA).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency, Having knowledge and experience in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Visio, Miro, Mindjet Mind Manager.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome (Preferably has working experience max 2 year)
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheet software and tech Savvy - Computer literacy at minimum in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and also Google Suites. (Able to utilise latest technology is a Plus)
  • Strong in multiple tasks and able to do multitasking / multi projects which need attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and have passion working with numbers and data.
  • Fast Learner and Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Able to writing short analysis based on data, qualitative discussion, desk research and reports regarding project status and backgrounds
  • Good understanding of project financials, budgeting, and cost control – familiar with PMBOK
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skill and works well together with various other work units which have multiple backgrounds
  • Able to work independently in preparing or managing data various types of client to support business activity and meet required deadlines
  • Diligently attends to details, pursues quality in accomplishing tasks, and High Level Accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skill and excellent time management
  • Able to work Hybrid WFO and WFH as scheduled – committed person and proactive team player
