The successful candidate will be part of Relationship & Transaction Management team.
Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM)
RTM is part of the Corporate Bank delivering best-in-class service to our corporate and institutional clients worldwide. RTM partner’s business areas across Corporate Coverage, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Lending, FX, Trust & Agency Services, and Securities Services, and is integral in providing a holistic client experience for major corporate and financial institutions.

Trade Finance Advisory and Services function:
- Support Trade Finance and Lending business in effectively selling TF&L products, build pipeline and manage client relationship.
- Identifying potential leads and cross & up sell opportunities to maximize revenue for corporate bank.
- Actively manage sales pipeline and ensure timely execution of deals.
- Identifying new business opportunities, sales proposals and work with relationship manager and structurer to win new business.
- Actively contact client to maximize level of credit line utilization.
- Acting as Trade Finance advisory to client on trade finance subject matter
- Client service manager for clients on day-to-day trade related enquiry
- Transaction Monitoring ensuring transactions are compliant with due diligence
- Discussion with Business Partners on trade finance related matter (TF Operations, CRM, Legal, Compliance etc)
- Escalation Management
- Comply with Internal & Regulatory Risk and Control Guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement activities for area of accountability leading to operational efficiencies

Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relationship and sales related role.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance business and products particularly documentary trade and bank guarantee.
- Good analytical skills Strong desire to problem-solve complex issues
- Interest in working with a diverse portfolio of institutional clients across multiple sectors
- Self-motivated and strong team player, growth mindset
- Ambitious mindset and intellectually inquisitive
