Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Web3 space.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to develop competitive compensation packages, including salary, benefits, and token allocation strategies, particularly in light of our recent token launch. Analyze and recommend adjustments to existing compensation structures to ensure fairness and market competitiveness. Manage employee benefits programs.
  • Payroll: Assist in payroll processing along with Finance team, including tracking attendance, leaves, and deductions. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (Indonesia Labor Laws). Manage payroll-related deductions and filings.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System), handle employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contracts: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, consulting agreements, and other HR-related legal documents. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects as needed, such as developing new HR policies, implementing new HR software, or improving existing processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills and experience with compensation benchmarking and market research.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
