About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Expert Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning to solve complex business problems, design scalable AI solutions, and drive innovation using cutting-edge technologies like generative AI. Key Responsibilities
Business Problem Analysis: Translate complex business challenges into AI-solvable problems, assess data quality, and identify opportunities for generative AI (e.g., content creation, code generation).
AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI algorithms using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Model Evaluation & Improvement: Implement evaluation frameworks, monitor model performance, and refine AI models for optimal results.
Generative AI Expertise: Fine-tune pre-trained models, engineer prompts, and build applications leveraging generative AI capabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) and mentor junior team members.
Requirements :
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python or R and AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with data processing, statistical analysis, and big data technologies.
Certifications (Preferred):
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate/Expert
TensorFlow Developer Certificate
Business Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
