Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Jakarta, Indonesia at Mitra Teleinformatika Perkasa. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, delivering presales presentations, assisting with sales activities, integrating solutions, and ensuring security compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and Business Continuity solutions.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar presales or technical sales role
  • Professional certifications in relevant technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
