Job Description
- Develops, implements and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local rules and regulations as they apply to the organization’s operations.
- Assist in the achievement of meeting company HSE goals and initiatives,
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and rules.
- Ensure Management of Change for all changes in the organization.
- Perform surveys and inspections, prepare written reports of findings, recommendations for corrective & preventative measures, and follow up on task completion.
- Identify, develop, recommend best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks. raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.
- Coordinate with HR on compliance with Training requirements.
- Ensure workforce competencies are maintained relevant to their duties and roles.
- Develop, implement and maintain employee training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines.
- Actively Participate in Business, Contract, and Safety Meetings.
- Establish Reporting & Recording to gather incident data.
- Ensure timely reporting of HSE parameters to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze Incident data and Identify trends
- Recommend actions to avoid Incidents across the organization.
- Develop and implement efficient operations emergency response plans
- Coordinates and manage internal / external audits (K3 Regulatory, ISO45K, ISO 14K)
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably Shipyard, Marine and Oil & Gas industry
- Valid AK3U Kemnaker (Republic of Indonesia) and ISO Lead Auditor
- Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
- Strong Leadership Capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
