Mandatory Requirements :
- Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- Have >2 years of experience as QA Lead in Banking Industry
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Fluent using Jira
- Strong understading with STLC & SDLC process.
- Familiar with Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL Database
- Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills.
- Have good time-management skills.
- Have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required
- Teamwork player.
Preferable :
- Have ISTQB Certified for Tester or at least familiar with ISTQB standard.
- Experiences in testing Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine, etc.)
- Have experiences in agile project delivery
- Live in Jakarta, Indonesia is preferable
