Project Manager - Sales Marketing Division
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales - Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a strong track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. As a Sales Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all details executed by the team, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and successful outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various teams including customer service, sales team, marketing team and also other business unit to bring projects from concept to completion. Your role involves project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and performance tracking to ensure the success of sales marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop project plans and timelines for sales marketing activity, considering objectives, target audience, and resources.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams including customer service, payments, sales, and ther business unit to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
· Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets to optimize performance.
· Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.
· Communicate project updates, milestones, and results to stakeholders, including senior management.
· Evaluate activity performance using relevant metrics and provide insights for future improvements.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
· Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience preferences.
· Lead the team to understand objectives and requirements.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
· Proven track record of successfully managing sales marketing projects from conception to completion.
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
· Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
