  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently assisting our client, a Multinational Online Transportation Company, to find talents to be part of their Merchant Trainer in Jakarta

Job Desc:

1. Guide newly activated merchants, ensuring they complete their setup, upload menus, and understand platform basics.

2. Track key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. Educate merchants on the products features, create training materials, and update them on new tools/promotions.

4. Troubleshoot operational issues and act as the main point of contact for merchant concerns.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is a plus.

2. Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and organization

2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to monitor merchant performance, able to manage large data.

2. Excellent communication and training abilities to guide merchants effectively.

3. Quick learner, highly organized and detail-oriented

4. Ability to manage multiple merchants at different incubation stages and track their progress.

5. Comfortable with data tracking tools and performance metrics evaluation.
