Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team on-site and online at customer projects based on requests from sales team.
  • Evaluate the necessary technical support for projects and work closely with the Regional Technical Support Engineer to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product and application knowledge presentations to the sales team and customers.
  • Enhance the technical knowledge of the sales team by conducting training and upskilling sessions to keep them updated on the latest developments in the BU and market trends.
  • Support sales team and customers in technical-related events and seminars, including Tech Days and participation in trade shows, to promote tesa’s brand awareness and position as a partner in solution design and innovation.
  • Travel within the country (Indonesia/Malaysia) on a weekly basis and overseas within SEA or Asia Pacific for training, workshops, seminars, or on-site customer support at least 4 times a year.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, majoring in Chemistry, Mechanical, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales support and customer consultancy in industrial consumables and/or the printing and packaging industry.
  • Background in flexographic printing is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-quality technical support and strong customer relationship skills.
