Job Overview:

The Health System Certification Manager will be pivotal in managing and growing PT TUV NORD Indonesia's healthcare-related certification services. This position involves achieving sales and revenue targets, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and local regulatory requirements, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in certification services, a deep understanding of healthcare quality standards, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Revenue Management:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets while managing operational costs effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base in the healthcare and medical device sectors.
Technical Expertise and Compliance:
  • Stay updated with ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management System), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), and relevant local healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure all certification processes meet ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to the certification team and clients regarding accreditation and compliance requirements.
Strategic Planning and Market Development:
  • Develop strategic plans to grow certification services in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives.
Accreditation and Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain accreditation status for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification services.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process improvement in certification workflows.
  • Identify and resolve challenges in certification processes promptly.
Communication and Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent PT TUV NORD Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure effective communication of certification processes to all stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in health system certification, medical device quality management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage sales revenue and operational costs.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification requirements and their implementation.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations related to certification and accreditation.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership ability and team management experience.
