Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist focusing on Community Marketing to build and nurture brand communities. This role is integral in creating meaningful connections with customers, amplifying brand presence, and driving loyalty through innovative community-focused strategies.
Community Engagement
- Create and manage engaging content across various platforms.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions with authenticity and timeliness
- Foster trust and build lasting relationships with community members
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute community-driven campaigns and initiatives
- Organize engaging events including webinars, meetups, and product launches
- Drive community participation and excitement through creative initiatives
Advocacy Program Development
- Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and ambassadors
- Develop and manage incentive programs for active community participants
- Build and nurture relationships with super-users
Content Creation & Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing teams on community content
- Create engaging materials including how-to guides and product highlights
- Design and implement community competitions and promotions
Community Insights & Analysis
- Act as the voice of the community to internal teams
- Conduct and analyze community surveys and feedback
- Track and report on engagement metrics
- Provide strategic recommendations based on community insights
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in community management or social media marketing
- Experience in consumer-facing industries (e-commerce, retail, or FMCG)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of online community platforms and dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement metrics
- Creative thinking and strong initiative in driving community projects
- Experience working with multicultural teams
- Passion for skincare and beauty industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Korean language is advantageous
- Experience serving North American and Western markets is preferred
