Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to establish partnerships and drive new business opportunities in the office leasing and strata property sectors. This role requires a strong commercial real estate background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major office developers, landlords, and corporate tenants.
- Negotiate and finalize leasing or strata sales agreements with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in office leasing and strata developments.
- Develop detailed project profiles and present the value proposition to management.
- Organize property site tours and ensure high-quality interactions with local and international clients.
- Assist clients in negotiating lease terms, strata purchases, and completing transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: 3-4 years in business development, office leasing, or strata property sales. Must have a previous experience as a property consultant/ property agent. Please don't apply if you don't have one in your professional experience.
- Extensive network within the office leasing and strata property markets.
- Proficiency in lease structuring, strata regulations, and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and procedural flows.
- Analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate solutions clearly.
- Possesses an up-to-date and extensive office property database, including available office spaces, leasing terms, and market insights.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Must); Mandarin is a plus.
