- D3 minimum education in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least one to three years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Have both SIM A and SIM C. Have integrity and professional, autonomous, honest, and impartial behavior when carrying out their duties, as well as the ability to operate in a team or on their own.
- Have expertise about CRM ( Customer Relationship Management).
